More than 220 professionals from over 90 different benefits administration and market vendor firms assembled in Atlanta this past July to discuss the latest industry trends, network with their fellow TPAs and industry associates, and learn more about the products and services that support their businesses.
One Powerful Conference, TriZetto's Annual Benefits Administration Client Conference was held at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, July 9-12, with a focus on identifying ways for clients to Enhance Revenue Growth, Drive Administrative Efficiency and Improve the Cost and Quality of Care.
With more than 30 workshop sessions, an exhibit hall highlighting 28 different vendors, and the TriZetto Solutions Center providing demonstrations of the new products and enhanced functionality incorporated into the latest QicLink Extended Enterprise releases, there was a great deal for clients to see and learn.
Kathleen Earley, President and Chief Operating Officer of TriZetto, was a keynote speaker at the Monday morning Opening Session - addressing how TriZetto is changing to help TPAs compete more successfully.
Once the workshop sessions began, there was a lot of interest in the latest QicLink™ Extended Enterprise functionality and new integrated applications. Consumer-directed healthcare was another hot topic, with a special presentation on CDH marketing, as well as sessions on applications available to support the administration of CDH programs. Additional workshops highlighted strategies to enable clients to migrate smoothly to the new QicLink e2 operating system, relational database technology and more.
