Providers can submit claims for auto-adjudication, obtain authorizations, verify member eligibility, and more. Members can access personal information, authorizations, claim histories and other data, and perform such self-serve tasks as change PCP, enroll for coverage and manage dependents. The application grants employers limited access to health-plan, employee and detailed policy information. Employers can update enrollment data and perform other tasks as well.
