TriZetto offers eligible associates three options for medical coverage through United Healthcare, two different high deductible health plans and a PPO. All plans include prescription coverage, offer both in-network and out-of-network levels of coverage, and preventive care is covered 100% with no deductible.
TriZetto provides PPO dental coverage through United Dental Plan. You can choose in-network or out-of-network providers.
TriZetto’s vision plan is provided through EyeMed. You can choose services from an in-network provider or services from an out-of-network provider with locations across the country.
TelaDoc is a 24/7 non-emergency medical service for all associates and their dependents, provided by TriZetto. Associates and dependents can speak to physicians and assist with health issues, including some prescriptions, for non-emergency health situations, for a small fee at the time of the call. Use it when your doctor is unavailable, you’re away from home, or you’re just not feeling well enough to drive to your doctor’s office.
TriZetto believes in giving associates opportunities for living healthier lifestyles, and in turn, rewarding associates for their positive choices. The wellness program provides many resources to help improve your health or maintain your good health, including an annual biometric screening at no cost to all associates and their spouses/domestic partners, health coaching, fun challenges and activities, online tools and resources, an onsite fitness center in the corporate headquarters, and more. Associates and spouses/domestic partners can earn reward points throughout the year for a discount on the next year’s medical premium. Your health matters to us!
Dependent on what medical plan you have, you have the ability to benefit from enrollment in a Health Savings Account, Health Reimbursement Account, or Health Incentive Account.
TriZetto provides eligible associates the opportunity to enroll in pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts such as the Dependent Care and Health Care reimbursement accounts.
TriZetto offers a 401(k) plan to all associates. Associates may contribute up to 60% of their salary each pay period on a pre-tax basis and can take advantage of numerous investment choices, including a Roth 401(k) option. TriZetto matches employee contributions each payperiod.
TriZetto offers group rates for auto and homeowners insurance through MetLife. Premiums are paid through payroll deductions.
TriZetto provides short-term disability coverage to all eligible associates at no cost. Associates have the option to purchase long-term disability coverage.
TriZetto provides both basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Associates can purchase additional life and AD&D coverage through Liberty Mutual and for a spouse, domestic partner and children.
Associates have an option to purchase Accident Coverage and Critical Illness policies through UNUM. Premiums for each plan are paid through payroll deduction.
TriZetto reimburses registration and course fees for undergraduate and graduate college classes.
TriZetto offers a group legal plan through MetLife, which gives associates access to local participating law firms by phone or office consultations. Premiums are paid through payroll deductions.
TriZetto offers a fully paid Employee Assistance Program, which is completely confidential, and available to all associates and their families, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Other TriZetto benefits include a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, nine paid holidays per year, Commuter Benefits, and Pet Insurance. A variety of employee discount purchase programs are also available.
