We believe the real benefits of working for TriZetto are in the work itself: the opportunity to collaborate with dynamic professionals, to help fix the healthcare system, to take on new challenges and to create satisfied clients.

But we also believe in rewarding our people with more tangible benefits: competitive salaries, health insurance, 401(k) and much more. TriZetto is an equal opportunity employer.

  • Healthcare

  • Medical Coverage
    • TriZetto offers eligible associates medical coverage through United Healthcare. The Value Based-Consumer Driven Health Plan offers both in-network and out-of-network levels of coverage, and preventive care is covered 100% with no deductible.   Prescription drug coverage is also included, with a no-cost option for Tier 1 Preventative drugs ordered through our mail order drug program.

    Health Advocate
    • TriZetto offers, at no additional charge to associates, access to Health Advocate.  Health Advocate is a concierge service that can assist associates with locating best-in-class specialists, work with insurance companies to obtain approval for needed service, provides information to help manage medical conditions, and understand the full scope and breadth of TriZetto’s benefit plans.  Access is available to all TriZetto associates and their dependents.

    Dental Coverage
    • TriZetto provides PPO dental coverage through United Dental Plan. You can choose in-network or out-of-network providers.

    Vision Coverage
    • TriZetto’s vision plan is provided through EyeMed. You can choose services from an in-network provider or services from an out-of-network provider with locations across the country.

    TelaDoc
    • A 24/7 non-emergency medical service for all associates. For a small co-pay, associates and dependents can speak to physicians and assist with health issues, including some prescriptions, for non-emergency health situations. Use it when your doctor is unavailable, you’re away from home, or you just need some simple medical advice.

  • Financial and Insurance

  • Healthy Rewards Program
    • TriZetto believes in giving associates opportunities for living healthier lifestyles, and in turn, rewarding associates for their positive choices. The Healthy Rewards Program includes access to tools like a Health Risk Assessment to help determine your areas for improvement. Associates who complete specific activities and other medical exams like annual physicals, well woman exams, and other preventative screenings will receive a contribution to their Health Savings Account by TriZetto. Your health matters to us!

    Health Savings Account (HSA)
    • Associates covered under the consumer-directed health plan have a health savings account where they can set aside pre-tax dollars for certain qualified health care expenses. TriZetto funds a portion of the HSA account based upon participation in the wellness program.

    Life Insurance
    • TriZetto provides both basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. Associates can purchase additional life and AD&D coverage through Liberty Mutual and for a spouse, domestic partner and children.

    Group Auto/Home Insurance

    Disability Coverage
    • TriZetto offers short-term disability coverage to all eligible associates at no cost to the associate. Associates may purchase long-term disability coverage as well as Long Term Care benefits.

    401(k) Plan
    • TriZetto offers a 401(k) plan to all associates. Associates may contribute up to 60% of their salary each pay period on a pre-tax basis. Associates can take advantage of numerous investment choices, including a Roth 401(k) option. An annual discretionary company match is provided, as approved by the Board of Directors.

  • Work and Life

  • Flexible Spending Accounts
