TriZetto's leadership program

The structure of the MBA Leadership Program is as follows:

• 18-month leadership program designed for recent MBA graduates
• Participants work directly with key executives in various business units
• Executive mentors help participants custom design work plans that involve meaningful, high-impact projects that affect the entire company
• Participants accompany the executive sponsors to a variety of activities to gain a broad exposure to the company and to other senior executives
• Participants take part in several group activities designed to facilitate collaboration and to enhance company and healthcare industry learning
• Executive mentors help participants identify a permanent full-time position to transition into during the final three months of the program

Qualified individuals will be high-potential recent MBA graduates with:

• Demonstrated leadership and academic excellence
• MBA degree with preferred concentration(s) in Management, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Product Development, or Healthcare
• Minimum 3.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in extra-curricular leadership roles
• Relevant work history with demonstrated impact
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
• Strong interest in the healthcare industry
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
