At TriZetto, we know that a company is nothing without its associates. That’s why we strive to attract and keep the best in the business. To do that we’ve created a culture that values, rewards and nurtures the people who make TriZetto run. TriZetto associates are supplied with a number of career developing programs from which to benefit—Associate Professional Development, Leadership Development Program, TriZetto Academy —to name a few. It’s TriZetto’s way of investing not only into the future of its associates but also into the future of TriZetto.

Being an associate of TriZetto means joining a group of passionate associates who are on a mission to build smart Solutions for better health. We work together as a tightly aligned team and are absolutely devoted to our clients. We capitalize on our solutions footprint, already touching more than half the US population, to better connect payers, providers, and consumers. The result is an environment that is both challenging and rewarding.

You would be joining an empowered team that values internal talent and provides opportunities for advancement whenever possible. We like to have fun, are agile, and work in a changing environment. We are all teachers and learners who continually seek out and provide opportunities for development and feedback. Above all, we respect one another and value diversity.

    TriZetto Operating Principles

As members of the TriZetto team, we commit ourselves to the following principles:

Customer Focus. The customer is our true north.
Passion. We have a can-do attitude, with the enthusiasm and commitment to go the extra mile.
Collaboration. Work together to achieve a common goal.
Empowerment. Figure out how to get things done and make them happen.
Transparency. We succeed through the open exchange of information, both positive and negative.
Integrity. We act with integrity in every decision we make.

At TriZetto, we’re passionate about healthcare. Our goal is nothing less than fixing the healthcare industry, reducing costs and improving the quality of care.

TriZetto Cares logoTriZetto associates are passionate about more than just healthcare. Our Associates are committed to helping local community organizations and charities by donating time, raising funds, and bringing attention to important causes. More than just a simple way to give back to a charity or volunteer at a local community organization, the goal of TriZetto Cares is to capitalize on the collective spirit of good will and giving back that TriZetto associates demonstrate on a daily basis! The program has three main components:

Our volunteer program allows associates to take up to eight paid hours per year to volunteer at local charities and other community organization. We look for events that support the Children’s Miracle Network, as well as other needy and worthy organizations by bringing teams of associates together and really make a difference. Our associates are always finding more and more ways to make a difference in their communities thereby making the TriZetto community even stronger.

    TriZetto Disaster Relief

TriZetto associates are always ready to help out those in need. Following many unfortunate disasters, many team members raised their hands and asked if they could help. This Disaster Relief Program allows associates who meet certain criteria to aid in the relief efforts of domestic disasters. There is a training program that all TriZetto aid workers will have to attend through a partner organization. This particular piece of the TriZetto Cares program truly harnesses the spirit of giving back to those who need it most.

    TriZeto Cares Scholarship Fund

Named after our founder, TriZetto will annually offer three awards of $5,000.00 each to children of regular, full-time associates who are graduating from high school and are planning to enroll in a full-time course of study at an accredited educational institution, with the intention of moving into a healthcare-related business or information technology occupation upon graduation. In some instances, applicants who have already graduated but have not enrolled in an accredited educational institution immediately following high school will be considered for an award.
